   • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app.
   • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation.
   • Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
   • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app.
   • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the app.

Your use of the Pro E-Farmer app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. THE PRO E-FARMER APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Pro E-Farmer, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRO E-FARMER APP.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
